By accessing or using Tomo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tomo is a language learning application that provides daily audio messages, vocabulary review, and AI-generated conversational content. The Service is provided "as is" and may change as we develop new features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: submit offensive, harmful, or illegal content; attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI characters; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or interfere with other users' experience.
Messages, character replies, and practice exercises are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Tomo is a learning tool, not a certified language proficiency course.
The Service, including its design, characters, narratives, and code, is owned by Tomo. You retain ownership of any content you submit (replies, introductions). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it to improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Tomo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
